We are seeking a skilled and motivated Android Developer with 4 years of experience in designing and developing mobile applications on the Android platform. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Android SDK, Kotlin/Java, and best practices for mobile development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Work with outside data sources and APIs.
- Unit-test code for robustness, usability, and reliability.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Android development.
- Proficient in Kotlin and/or Java.
- Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and APIs.
- Familiarity with modern Android development tools and architectures (MVVM, Jetpack, etc.).
- Good understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle.
- Experience with version control tools like Git.
- Experience with CI/CD, Firebase, or Android Jetpack components.
- Knowledge of UI/UX standards and design patterns.
