About The Role
We are looking for a skilled Android Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in building and delivering high-quality mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Kotlin, Java, Jetpack Compose, and ExoPlayer with a strong understanding of OTT platforms and video streaming applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage multiple project deliveries and contribute to innovative product development.

We are looking for a skilled Android Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in building and delivering high-quality mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Kotlin, Java, Jetpack Compose, and ExoPlayer with a strong understanding of OTT platforms and video streaming applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage multiple project deliveries and contribute to innovative product development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced Android applications using Kotlin, Java, and Jetpack Compose.
- Implement and optimize ExoPlayer for seamless video streaming in OTT apps.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following industry best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
- Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications across devices.
- Manage multiple project deliveries while aligning with the team on timelines and goals.
- Stay updated with the latest Android development trends, libraries, and tools.
- 3+ years of experience in Android development.
- Strong knowledge of Kotlin and Java.
- Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose.
- Proficiency in integrating and customizing ExoPlayer for OTT platforms.
- Good understanding of Android SDK, architecture components, and RESTful APIs.
- Experience in performance tuning, memory management, and debugging.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in collaborative team environments.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git).
- Experience with Firebase, Retrofit, Room, or Dagger/Hilt.
- Knowledge of MVVM / Clean Architecture.
- Prior experience working on large-scale OTT or media streaming apps.
- Work on innovative OTT projects with high user engagement.
