About the job:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop scalable, performant, and secure web applications, leveraging your expertise in Next.js, React.js, Node.js, Three.js, MongoDB, Redis, and Kafka
2. Actively participate in hands-on development, contributing to the creation of robust front-end with React.js and Three.js, and efficient back-end with Node.js
3. Foster a positive, collaborative team environment, promoting knowledge sharing, and driving continuous improvement
4. Conduct interviews for interns, hire and manage interns
5. Perform and manage all deployments on AWS or similar cloud service providers
6. Work on requirement gathering from external clients and internal teams
