Job Title: PHP Developer – Streaming Platform (Full-Time)

Location: Kochi

Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced PHP Developer to join our tech team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining the backend of our streaming platform, implementing new features, ensuring performance and security, and collaborating closely with the design and frontend teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain back-end functionality using PHP (preferably Laravel or CodeIgniter)
• Integrate third-party APIs (payment gateways, video delivery, etc.)
• Work with MySQL databases and optimize queries
• Implement secure and scalable code architecture
• Collaborate with the frontend team to implement UI/UX components
• Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software

Requirements:

• Strong experience in PHP (2+ years preferred)
• Familiarity with frameworks like Laravel or CodeIgniter
• Solid understanding of MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Knowledge of streaming/video delivery technologies is a plus
• Experience with version control (Git)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience working on a video streaming or OTT platform
• Familiarity with cloud hosting (AWS, DigitalOcean)
• Knowledge of DRM and secure content delivery
