Overview

Location: Bengaluru

Work schedule: 5 days WFO (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM)

About the role:

The client is looking for a seasoned Frontend Engineer with deep expertise in Angular to join the product engineering team as a senior individual contributor. In this role, candidate will lead the design and implementation of complex frontend systems that deliver seamless user experiences, shape the client’s frontend architecture, mentor team members, and drive technology choices aligned with the client’s product and engineering goals. Proficiency in the Angular web application framework is mandatory.

Roles & Responsibility:

· Architect and develop scalable, maintainable frontend applications using Angular.

· Own and drive key frontend initiatives from conception to production.

· Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality user experiences.

· Lead code reviews, establish frontend coding standards, and ensure code quality across the team.

· Guide and mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.

· Stay current with frontend trends and advocate for best practices in performance, accessibility, and usability.

· Participate in architectural discussions and provide strategic input on frontend roadmap planning.

Requirements

Qualification & Experience:

· 4+ years of professional frontend development experience using modern software engineering processes.

· Proficient in JavaScript and Angular Framework.

· Experience in designing and building component libraries or design systems.

· Candidate much have experience in building performant and scalable apps, made pragmatic tradeoffs, and can point to prior work.

· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

· Looking for a candidate with team player attitude and good problem-solving skills.

· Experience working in an early-stage startup is a huge plus.

· Candidate should have knowledge of Debugging complex performance issues, AWS, Jenkins.
