Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced API Technical Lead with deep expertise in Microsoft Azure to spearhead the architecture and development of cloud-native APIs and data integration pipelines.
The role will focus on managing large-scale real-time and batch data flows including unstructured data and volumes up to 100 TBusing Azures enterprise-grade cloud services.

Job Overview

Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in Java-based API development and a deep understanding of Azure services, ensuring scalability, security, and Responsibilities :
- Lead the architecture and development of scalable, secure RESTful APIs using Java
- Design and implement Azure-native integration pipelines to handle structured and unstructured data at scale
- Leverage Azure services like Data Lake Storage Gen2, Table Storage, Functions, and Data Factory
- Use AzCopy for efficient and secure migration of large datasets (up to 100 TB) to Azure
- Collaborate with stakeholders across data engineering, architecture, and operations teams
- Ensure high performance, scalability, and availability of integration and API solutions
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to development teams
- Drive code reviews, technical design sessions, and performance tuning Skills & Experience :
- 7+ years of experience in API/backend development, with at least 23 years in a technical leadership role
- Strong expertise in Java, with experience designing and developing RESTful APIs
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Azure services
- Hands-on experience with AzCopy for high-volume data migration
- Solid grasp of cloud-native and serverless architecture patterns
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead end-to-end technical delivery
- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines in Azure
- Familiarity with unstructured data processing and real-time data ingestion
- Exposure to data security, governance, and compliance in cloud environments
- Relevant Azure Notes :
