Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Application Developer (Fresher) to join our development team. As a fresher, you’ll be working closely with senior developers and team leads to build, test, and maintain web/mobile applications that deliver real value to our users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, development, and testing of web and mobile applications.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code under the guidance of senior developers.
• Participate in code reviews and team meetings.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain existing applications.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and product managers for optimal feature implementation.
• Continuously learn and stay updated with new technologies and frameworks.

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of one or more programming languages: JavaScript, Python, Java, Kotlin, Swift, or C#.
• Familiarity with web development (HTML/CSS/JS) or mobile app frameworks (React Native, Flutter, Android, iOS).
• Understanding of OOP concepts, data structures, and algorithms.
• Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Recent graduates may also apply.

Nice to Have:

• Internship/project experience in web or mobile application development.
• Exposure to Git, APIs, databases (MySQL, MongoDB), or cloud platforms (AWS, Firebase).

Salary:

• ₹2.5 LPA – ₹3 LPA (based on interview performance and technical assessment)
• ESOPs may be offered for high-potential candidates

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
