Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business requirements related to Omni Core Transactions and Omni Cash.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that enhance transaction processing.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in transaction systems.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including requirements specifications, process flows, and test cases.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather feedback and understand their needs.
• Assist in the testing and validation of system changes and enhancements to ensure they meet business requirements.
• Provide training and support to end-users on system functionality and best practices.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, especially in financial transactions or banking environments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Familiarity with Omni Core Transactions and Omni Cash is highly desirable.
• Nice to have experience with database management and querying (DB).
• Knowledge of annuities and related financial products is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
