We are seeking a proficient Artificial Intelligence (AI) Software Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI and Machine Learning (ML), with experience in designing and implementing AI-driven solutions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop intelligent applications that enhance user experiences and drive business value.

Responsibilities:

• AI Model Development:
• Design, develop, and deploy AI and ML models tailored to business requirements.
• Utilize frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch for model training and evaluation.
• Data Processing and Analysis:
• Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights.
• Implement data augmentation and feature engineering techniques to improve model accuracy.
• Integration and Deployment:
• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI models into existing systems and applications.
• Ensure seamless deployment of models in production environments, optimizing for performance and scalability.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Monitor model performance and conduct periodic reviews to identify areas for enhancement.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and incorporate them into projects as applicable.

Required Qualifications:

• Educational Background:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical methods.
• Professional Experience:
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI models in real-world applications.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and MLOps practices is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and computer vision projects.
• Knowledge of big data tools and technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: Competitive, ranging from ₹1,200,000 to ₹2,500,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and expertise.
