Job Role: AM - Information Technology Division/Department: IT Work Location: Bhyandar Reporting to: Sr. Manager / Associate Vice President - IT Shift Timings: 12 PM to 9 PM IST (Flexible to work between 11:00 AM IST to 11:00 PM IST) Total Experience: 10+ Years of relevant experience Age: 35+ Education Requirements: Minimum Bachelor's Degree or any Graduation Management Skills:  Team Management  Communication Skills  Presentation Skills  Project Management Skills Domain Skills:  Strong technical expertise in networking, systems administration, and desktop support.  knowledge of networking, managing LAN, WAN Devices  with server administration (Windows Server, Linux).  with virtualization technologies viz. VMware, Hyper-V).  Strong project management and organizational skills.  Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  Strong customer service orientation. Roles & Responsibilities:  Leadership & Team Management: Oversee daily IT operations and ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.  Network Administration: Design, implement, and maintain the company's network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi. Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, perform network performance analysis, and implement security measures. Manage network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.  Systems Administration: Manage and maintain server infrastructure (physical and virtual), including Windows and Linux servers. Implement and maintain system security measures, including antivirus, anti-malware, and intrusion detection systems. Perform system backups and disaster recovery planning.  Desktop Support: Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues. Troubleshoot and resolve desktop and laptop issues, including software installations, operating system upgrades, and hardware repairs. Manage and maintain desktop and laptop imaging and deployment processes. Provide end-user training and support on IT-related topics.  IT Security: Develop and implement IT security policies and procedures. Respond to security incidents and implement appropriate remediation measures.  Compliance: Ensure all Internal and External Audit findings are closed on time and in compliance with all relevant IT laws, ISO and PCI regulations.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
