Role & Responsibilities

Project Manager / Business Analyst to join the Client Data Platform Migration Programme. The Programme will migrate Client Data Workflow to Strategic Target State Architecture.

Key Responsibility:

Provide Business Analysis and Project Management to achieve the target goals and deliver the high-quality work within committed timeframes.

Manage Business Analysis across Client Data setup and workflow for Wholesale Clients.

Responsible for defining Target State Requirements and Design across Client Data Setup and Maintenance Workflows

Responsible for creating and securing approval of high-quality Business Requirement documentation.

Responsible for End-to-End Delivery of complex Change from Design, Requirements, Development, Testing, Migration and Deployment.

Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required:

7+ Years experience in Project Management and Business Analysis across large complex Global projects at a financial institution

Expert understanding of Client Data setup, maintenance and hierarchies across multiple Wholesale Business Units

Excellent understanding and experience of Client Data Governance Methodologies and Client Data Management Best Practice.

Excellent understanding and experience of mapping Client Data Flows

Strong understanding of Client Data Setup, Processes and Technology architecture

Excellent ability and successful track record of working directly with Senior Global Stakeholders on complex Programmes and Solutions across key functional areas including Operations and Technology.

Expert understanding of Business Analysis and Project Management methodologies, processes, and tooling with an ability to drive continuous improvement.

Expert level knowledge and experience across MS Product Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint and Word) and JIRA

Excellent communication skills with ability to adapt approach to different levels of seniority

Creative problem-solving ability, inquisitive mind-set, comfortable with working on ambiguous situations. Ability to work independently with limited oversight.

Flexibility (Openness to Change) – Adapts effectively to changing plans, domains, and priorities; Is open and flexible when faced with changing project constraints and timelines.

Attention to detail and high-quality standards of documentation, processes and control environment

Confident self-starter who can work under pressure, using their own initiative and with the drive to see projects through to completion.

Excellent Communication, Leadership skills, Organization Skills along with experience in managing Sr. Stakeholder relationships is required.

Skills and QUALIFICATIONS

• Business
• CFA / FRM certification is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and statistical background
