What You Will Do

• Plan, execute, and monitor projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables; manage risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Responsible for tracking process metrics, SLAs and driving improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, and IT.
• Engage stakeholders at all levels with clear, tailored communication; align priorities across business and technology teams.
• Provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency and strategic planning.
• Lead small teams and mentor junior analysts/project coordinators.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure adherence to governance standards.
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior management.
  
  

• Seven or more years of experience in people management role.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Excellent storytelling and stakeholder management; able to translate data into decisions for non technical audiences.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving techniques and communication skills.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a comparable discipline is required, with prior experience in data analysis or a related field being advantageous.
  
  

• Knowledge of Excel, Power BI.
• Familiarity with ETL tools, data warehousing, and basic Statistics.
