Associate - Dot net Developer

Job Purpose

We are looking for NET Developer to join our existing development team. The role covers both traditional web application development and cloud engineering. They are expected to bring extensive knowledge in best practices on .net development and deployment, collaboration with version control systems, and familiarity with cloud infrastructure.

Desired Skills And Experience

 Familiarity with MVC pattern and .NET/.NET Core (essential)

 Familiarity with C# and JavaScript (essential)

 Strong understanding of Web Services/APIs (essential)

 Understanding of relational databases

 Cloud Experience Preferably Azure (essential)

 Familiarity with secure software development practices (desirable)

 Familiarity with security within CI/CD (desirable)

 Familiarity with OWASP standards or comparable (desirable)

 Knowledge and interest in computer systems and the latest technologies

 Understanding of cloud services such as SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, serverless and other key services

 Familiar with Microsoft Azure

 An analytical mind, strong attention to detail and desire to probe further into data

 The ability to communicate complex procedures to other colleagues

 Commercial and business awareness

 Passionate about security

 Good communication skills – both written and verbal

 Motivated to pick up new technologies

 Naturally driven, enthusiastic and willing to learn

Key Responsibilities

 Development and maintenance of new/existing web applications

 Supporting other teams and services to design and build automation and cloud orchestration capabilities

 Creating secure CI/CD integration pipelines

 Development and optimization of cloud service offerings within Microsoft Azure

 Maintain and improve existing serverless cloud

 Creating useable automated tests

 Producing clear and concise documentation

 Diagnosing and fixing bugs

 Working closely with other engineers and business stakeholders to develop and deliver requirements
