About the job:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mobile App Developer with 1-2 years of hands-on project experience to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in OOPs concepts, Java, and React Native, and be comfortable working across both development and maintenance tasks for mobile applications.

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop, maintain, and enhance the company's native Android application with clean, testable, and efficient code.
2. Collaborate with the web development team for seamless integration using RESTful APIs.
3. Design and implement innovative mobile user interfaces aligned with product requirements.
4. Perform thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality user experience and performance.
5. Work on CRUD operations, database integration, and data management using MySQL or similar databases.
6. Contribute to technical design discussions and participate in Proof-of-Concept (POC) implementations for new technologies.
7. Ensure adherence to SDLC principles, coding standards, and documentation practices.
8. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly in English.

Other Requirements:

1. 1–2 years of proven experience in Android development.

2. Strong understanding of OOP concepts and design patterns.

5. Experience with RESTful APIs and responsive app design.

6. Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

7. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

8. Candidates with a Master's shall get a preference.
