About The Department
The Operations GBS unit will drive executional excellence and efficiency by focusing on all operations-related activities, including execution of marketed brands, operations of medical affairs, omnichannel operations, commercial analytics, operational communications, customer fulfilment within commercial supply chain and sustainability. You will be part of the Commercial SC Customer Fulfilment Ops team based in Bangalore. Our department is dedicated to managing the end-to-end supply chain processes, ensuring products move seamlessly from suppliers to customers. We focus on designing future supply chains, developing global, regional, and country strategies, monitoring costs, and driving improvements in processes. The team operates in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and success of our supply chain operations.
The position
As an Associate Business Analyst, you will:
- Manage end-to-end O2C processes for multiple countries and contribute to process optimization and standardization.
- Hands-on support in SAP/S4 HANA SD for day-to-day operations and issue resolution.
- Identify root causes, design practical solutions and lead implementation across the O2C value chain.
- Drive month-end closing activities and enforce controls to maintain audit compliance.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including Finance, IT and Customers to ensure smooth operations.
- Deliver clear, timely communication and status updates to stakeholders and clients.
- Work independently to analyze data, prepare reports and recommend improvements.
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
- Proven end-to-end O2C experience, including process improvement and standardization.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP / S4 HANA SD
- Excellent problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to implement solutions across the O2C value chain.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks and deliverables.
- Experience driving month-end closings and implementing audit-compliant controls.
- Strong communication skills and proven client- or stakeholder-management capability
