About the job:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with startup founders, stakeholders, and development teams to define business requirements
2. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and risks
3. Gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements for software products
4. Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure solutions align with business objectives
5. Assist in creating wireframes, workflows, and product roadmaps
6. Define KPIs and success metrics for project implementations
7. Communicate technical concepts in a business-friendly manner
8. Support the development of business models and go-to-market strategies

Skills required:

Other Requirements:

1. At least 1 year of experience as a business analyst, preferably in tech startups, IT services, or SaaS

2. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills

3. Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements

4. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Notion, JIRA, Confluence, or Trello

5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

6. Ability to create user stories, process flows, and functional specifications

7. Basic understanding of software development and UI/UX principles is a plus
