About the Role
We're hiring Associate Business Analyst - Creator Partnerships to grow and manage our influencer network. The role involves onboarding quality creators, closing collaborations, and ensuring smooth execution of brand campaigns across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
1. Creator Growth & Onboarding
Source and onboard creators across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter & emerging platforms
Build a strong, niche-based creator database
Evaluate profiles based on engagement, content quality, and brand fit
2. Campaign Management
Pitch campaigns and negotiate commercials & deliverables
Coordinate timelines between creators and internal teams
Manage partnerships from onboarding to campaign completion
3. Business Expansion
Strengthen long-term creator relationships
Develop strategies to scale the creator ecosystem
Identify new brand-collaboration opportunities
4. Reporting & Compliance
Track campaign performance and deliverables
Ensure adherence to brand guidelines
Handle contracts, documentation & payment coordination
