Job Location: Hinjewadi Phase-1, Pune (WFO)

Shift: 12.00PM -9.00 PM IST Monday to Friday

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Data Scientist to join our engineering team. In this role, you will assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of AI/ML solutions. Candidate will work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to work on AI/ML applications

Key Responsibilities:

Work on data preprocessing, cleaning, and exploratory data analysis (EDA)
Build and evaluate machine learning models (regression, classification, clustering)
Implement algorithms such as:
Linear & Logistic Regression
KNN, Decision Trees, Random Forest
Basic boosting techniques (e.g., XGBoost)
Perform feature engineering and model optimization
Develop small-scale AI/ML applications or dashboards (e.g., Streamlit apps)
Work on real-world datasets and derive actionable insights
Assist in building GenAI-based applications:
Prompt engineering
Basic RAG pipelines
LLM API integrations
Collaborate with team members to deploy and test models
Document experiments, results, and learnings clearly

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (or final year) in: Computer Science / IT / Data Science / Electronics / related field
Strong understanding of: ML basics (supervised vs unsupervised learning)
Regression vs classification
Hands-on experience with:
Python (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib/Seaborn)
Scikit-learn
Basic knowledge of:
Data cleaning and EDA techniques
Model evaluation metrics (Accuracy, Precision, Recall, F1, RMSE)
