Udayan Care is a leading non-profit organization working towards education, skill development, and youth empowerment across India. Through its IT and livelihood programs, the organization empowers underserved youth with industry-relevant skills and better employment opportunities.

We are hiring a motivated and passionate IT Trainer to deliver technical training sessions and support students in building job-ready IT skills. The role involves conducting classroom training, preparing educational content, managing assessments, maintaining student records, and supporting community outreach activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct IT and computer training sessions for students
• Teach basic and advanced computer skills, digital literacy, and software applications
• Prepare training materials, presentations, tests, and assessments
• Monitor student progress and maintain reports/data entries
• Support student engagement, workshops, and center activities
• Maintain computer systems, software updates, and hardware support
• Coordinate with the program team for smooth implementation of training activities

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Office, and computer applications
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Student handling and classroom management skills
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and community development

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in IT training, teaching, or program implementation
• Graduate/Postgraduate preferably in Computers (BCA/MCA)
• Prior NGO or skilling sector experience will be an added advantage
• Willingness to travel when required

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
