What you bring

SAP Cloud Ops and Basis Administrator within Service Engineering & Delivery is responsible for System & landscape Operations in cloud services based on ABAP Application Server. As a Service Engineering and Delivery team, you will be responsible for Prototyping, Building, Mass Readiness & Execution of Operational Services & Solutions defined from the Solution Architecture roadmap in a Automated, Reliable, Secure, Scalable and Efficient manner.

You are expected to deliver tasks mentioned below,

• Service Engineering / Productization
• Service Delivery of all ITIL Operational procedures (e.g., Incident Mgmt, Service Request Fulfilment, Change Mgmt, Event Mgmt, Problem Mgmt….etc).
• Landscape Management : Production (Customer) & Internal (VLAB, DLAB, CLAB)
  
  

You will be dealing with the newest SAP Cloud Technologies, e.g., Delivery of ABAP in best of breed Cloud Platforms like converged cloud, GCP and Azure.., HANA, Fiori and the newest cloud technologies to ensure our customer can reap the benefit of cloud services enabled on backbone of best-in-class infrastructure, security and integrity and getting enabled with Automation & on AI.

Bachelor / Master or equivalent graduate.

2-3 years of relevant work experience in Basis and HANA DB Administration.

Must have hands on experience in product support projects

Skills and Competencies

Knowledge of SAP Netweaver Technology(WebAS ABAP / JAVA) & DB Administration, preferrably HANA.

Strong cloud mindset, self motivated and proactive attitude to work in highly automated work environments.

High analytical and innovative mindset to analyse technical problems and come up with long lasting solutions.

Natural ability to bring empathy for our customers in resolving issues and also provide improvements.

Be global in adapting to fast changing environments, acquiring new knowledge and best practices.
