We are looking for an Associate DevOps Engineer to support IT operations and system administration. The role includes managing infrastructure, monitoring systems, supporting deployments, and ensuring security and compliance.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Linux/Unix servers, patching, and user access.
- Monitor systems and alerts using Grafana or similar tools.
- Assist with MySQL database operations like backups and performance checks.
- Support application deployments and CI/CD pipelines.
- Handle SSO and user management using tools like JumpCloud.
- Help ensure compliance with ISO 27001, SOC2, and other audit standards.
- Maintain IT governance documentation, asset tracking, and logs.
- Basic knowledge of Linux system administration.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, etc.).
- Exposure to MySQL or other databases.
- Understanding of IT security and compliance practices.
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
