Your Responsibilities Will Be
- Provide support to ERP related issues and ensure that all tickets are properly triaged, documented, and prioritized in the ticketing system.
- Manage, track, and provide solutions to reported issues.
- Provide on-going training to both internal and external users.
- Execute testing of software updates/patches.
- Assist in analysis of existing business practices and mapping those practices and procedures to the existing functionality within the ERP.
- Assists in the ERP system upgrades.
- Provide references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation and providing technical system support.
- Provide backup to the other IT ERP Specialists.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, accounting, information technology, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
- In-depth understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
- Experience managing projects and delivering solutions on time.
- Dynamics 365 certifications in Trade & Logistics and Production a plus.
- Dynamics 365 certifications in Finance, and Project Accounting preferred
