About The Role
Are you passionate about data and driven by accuracy? We are seeking a meticulous Associate QA Analyst to become the guardian of our Paid Media data quality. With 1–2 years of experience in data, analytics, or QA, you are someone who finds satisfaction in working with numbers, dashboards, and logic to ensure everything adds up perfectly.
In this role, you will be at the heart of our data operations, collaborating closely with our expert Paid Media, Analytics, and Engineering teams. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver accurate reporting, maintain reliable data pipelines, and build trust in the tools and dashboards that drive our decisions.
Location: India (Remote)
Work Timings: 2:30 PM - 11:30 PM IST
What You'll Do
Paid Media Data Assurance
- Become a Data Detective: Dive deep into our data from major paid media platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and Microsoft to validate its integrity.
- Own Key Metrics: Take ownership of QA for crucial paid media KPIs, including spend, clicks, impressions, conversions, CPA, and ROAS.
- Connect the Dots: Skillfully cross-check and reconcile data between ad platforms, our databases, and client-facing dashboards.
- Ensure Flawless Aggregation: Validate that our data aggregations (daily, weekly, monthly) and complex metric calculations are always accurate.
- Identify & Resolve Issues: Proactively hunt for data discrepancies, anomalies, or missing values and collaborate on solutions.
- Safeguard Our Systems: Support essential regression testing whenever our data logic or pipelines are updated to prevent any downstream issues.
- Be a Team Player: Partner with Analytics, Paid Media, and Engineering experts to deeply understand requirements and ensure alignment.
- Build Our Knowledge Base: Create and maintain clear, concise QA documentation, including test cases, validation checklists, and metric definitions.
- Drive Improvement: Actively contribute to our established QA processes by suggesting and implementing improvements.
What You'll Bring
Technical & Data Skills
- A solid foundational understanding of paid media platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) and their core metrics.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in a Data QA, Reporting, Analytics, or a similar data-focused role.
- A natural curiosity and familiarity with digital marketing KPIs.
- Bonus Points: Working knowledge of SQL for data validation.

- Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate issues and findings.
