We are looking for Associate Scrum Master.

Before our software developers write even a single line of code, they have to understand what drives our customers. What is the environment? What is the user story based on? Implementation means – trying, testing, and improving outcomes until a final solution emerges. Knowledge means exchange – discussions with colleagues from all over the world.

YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE BY:

• Leading and mentoring multiple Scrum teams, fostering self-organization and high performance across complex projects.
• Driving continuous improvement in Scrum practices, team dynamics, and delivery efficiency through advanced techniques.
• Facilitating all Scrum ceremonies with exceptional skill, ensuring productive outcomes and
  
  

adherence to Agile principles.

• Proactively identifying and removing impediments at organizational levels, escalating effectively when necessary to unblock teams.
• Coaching product owners and development teams on maximizing value delivery and optimizing backlog management.
• Champion Agile and SAFe principles throughout the organization, guiding stakeholders through transformation initiatives.
• Implementing metrics and reporting to visualize team progress, identify trends, and drive data-informed decisions.
• Mediating conflicts and fostering strong collaboration within and across teams, promoting a healthy and inclusive environment.
• Guiding the organization in adopting and scaling Scrum, demonstrating expertise in large-scale Agile frameworks.
• Acting as a servant leader, empowering teams while ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
• Developing and delivering training on Agile methodologies and tools, enhancing organizational capabilities.
• Partnering with leadership to refine Agile strategies and overcome systemic challenges to agility.
  
  

• Proven expertise in scaling Agile frameworks like SAFe, with a strong background in
  
  

implementing and optimizing Agile practices across multiple teams and portfolios.

• Certified Scrum Professional (CSP-SM) or SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) is highly
  
  

preferred, demonstrating a deep understanding and application of advanced Scrum and SAFe principles.

• Extensive experience (9-12 years) as a Scrum Master in complex, enterprise-level environments, successfully guiding teams through significant product development cycles.
• Exceptional communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills are essential to foster high-performing teams and navigate organizational dynamics.
• A strong track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives and facilitating
  
  

organizational change within an Agile and SAFe ecosystem.
