We are looking for a Scrum Master

You’ll make a difference by:

• Facilitate Scrum Events: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach Agile Practices: Guide the team on Agile/Scrum best practices.
• Remove Impediments: Identify and eliminate blockers to ensure smooth team progress.
• Support Product Owner: Assist with backlog grooming, prioritization, and sprint goals.
• Promote Team Collaboration: Foster open communication and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Monitor Progress: Track sprint metrics (e.g., burndown charts) and report to stakeholders.
• Ensure Scrum Compliance: Maintain adherence to Scrum principles and encourage self-organization.
• Facilitate Change: Help teams adapt to changes and improve their Agile maturity.
  
  

You’ll win us over by:

• Completed degree in electrical engineering (Bachelor or Master level) with 10 years of experience in Agile environments
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, TFS, etc.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent.
• Exposure in People Management, Servant leadership, Conflict resolution, Agile coaching, Stakeholder management, Time management, Communication and facilitation with Problem-solving mindset
