About the internship:
Better works on real products at different stages of existence. Some are built for companies launching new initiatives. Some are ideas we are exploring ourselves. In both cases the job is the same: turn unclear ideas into working software people can actually use quickly. AI makes writing code faster. Your role is to make sure what gets built is usable, understandable, and evolves with real feedback.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Build end-to-end products including backend, frontend, and integrations
2. Translate ambiguous requirements into clear and functional product behavior
3. Develop and release early versions quickly, then iterate based on user feedback
4. Utilize AI tools to accelerate development while ensuring code quality and clarity
5. Engage with users or stakeholders to understand requirements and refine solutions
6. Identify and resolve issues discovered through real-world usage
7. Simplify systems to ensure scalability and ease of future modifications
Who can apply:
