Job Description
0-2 years of experience in software/solution delivery.
Strong verbal communication and confidence in customer facing environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented, excellent organizational and time management skills.
A proven track record for meeting and exceeding performance objectives.
Ability to work independently and learn new technologies quickly as part of a team, virtually and with international teams.
Experience in scripting languages such as MS PowerShell, VBScript, Batch, etc.
Understanding of methodologies and programming concepts, understanding of database constructs, Workflow, and Decision Engines.
Possesses the knowledge and ability to apply effective analytical techniques and tools.
Uses logic and intuition to make inferences about the meaning of data and arrive at conclusions, applying flow charts, diagrams and other tools as necessary.
Knowledge and ability to plan and execute software platform changes with minimal disruption to clients / ongoing activity.
Analyses, assesses and communicates software implementation options according to various IT environments.
Designs and executes plans for software installations.
Knowledge of technical troubleshooting approaches, tools and techniques and the ability to anticipate, recognize and resolve technical (hardware, software, application or operational) problems.
Handles calls and inquiries related to product features, applications and compatibility standards.
Analyses code, logs and current systems as part of routine and/or advanced troubleshooting.
Works with application diagnostic guides, tools and utilities.
Records and reports technical problems, detailing solution steps, processes and outcomes.
Responsibilities
Create full software stack installation deployment images.
Create software maintenance updates.
Adhere to defined processes and best practices including secure software delivery.
Work with internal and external team members to gather requirements and improvements.
Review requirements and dependencies of base product installation.
Consult with team leads, technical leads and project team members on challenges or issues that come up as needed.
Triage reported defects in installation packages and drive towards resolution or remediation.
Work closely with quality assurance team in defining test cases and supporting their test executions.
Author documentation and maintain Confluence space.
Accurately enter time in project time tracking system.
Notifies project lead of variances from plans and identifies changes in scope or work.
Builds working relationships with cross-functional engineers and teams, striving to learn and gain broader technical understanding.
Continue to develop skillset with internal products and solution as well as external software technologies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a Master’s degree in relevant field.
0-2 years of experience in software/solution delivery.
Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
Strong verbal communication and confidence in customer facing environments.
