Roles & Responsibilities
AI/ML Pipeline Development & Maintenance
- Design, implement, and optimize AI/ML pipelines leveraging generative models, LLMs, and advanced chatbot frameworks.
- Develop scalable end-to-end AI solutions while ensuring performance, reliability, and maintainability.
Conversational AI & Chatbot Development
- Build, customize, and deploy intelligent conversational systems capable of handling real-world workflows.
- Utilize state-of-the-art large language models (LLMs) for chatbots, virtual assistants, and other NLP applications.
Integration & Optimization
- Integrate agentic frameworks and LLMs into core systems, ensuring seamless functionality across platforms.
- Optimize model performance using prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and in-context learning techniques.
Agentic Framework Development
- Develop and maintain multi-agent orchestration frameworks for autonomous task completion and context-aware interactions.
- Explore and implement LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, Agent.ai, Pydantic AI, LangFlow, AutoGen, and similar frameworks.
Collaboration & Cross-functional Engagement
- Work closely with Data Science, Product, and UX teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Code Quality & Best Practices
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented Python code following SOLID principles and OOP best practices.
- Advocate for best practices in code reviews, testing, and documentation.
Security & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to enterprise security practices and HTTPS protocols when designing and deploying web services.
- Implement access controls, data encryption, and API security best practices.
Research & Innovation
- Stay up to date with advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, agentic frameworks, and chatbot technologies.
- Assess and adopt emerging AI techniques and frameworks for continuous improvement.
WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE DO YOU NEED?
Required Skills & Experience
Education
- BE/BTech/MTech/MCA/MCS/MCM or any related discipline.
Programming & AI Development
- Strong Python programming skills, including experience with AI-related libraries and frameworks.
- Experience developing and deploying Generative AI models in production.
- Proficiency in AI/ML model development, NLP, and chatbot technologies.
Chatbot & Conversational AI Frameworks
- Hands-on experience with chatbot platforms, RASA, or enterprise NLP solutions.
- Understanding of real-time, interactive user experiences for AI-driven systems.
AI/ML Tools & Frameworks
- Familiarity with TensorFlow, spaCy, Google Cloud ML, or similar AI/ML tools.
- Experience in NLP pipeline development and optimization.
Web Services & API Development
- Proficiency in RESTful API development and third-party integrations.
- Strong understanding of HTTPS, authentication mechanisms, and enterprise security best practices.
Django & Web Development
- Experience with Django or similar Python-based web frameworks.
- Understanding of data structures, relational databases, and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
Cloud & DevOps
- Basic familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure for deploying AI/ML models and web services.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud-based AI deployments.
Object-Oriented Programming & SOLID Principles
- Strong grasp of OOP principles and ability to implement SOLID design patterns.
Preferred Skills
Generative AI & LLMs
- Experience working with GPT, Claude, Gemini, Mistral, LLaMA, or similar LLMs.
- Background in text generation, summarization, question-answering, or other NLP applications.
Agentic Frameworks & Autonomous AI Systems
- Knowledge of multi-agent orchestration and autonomous task management.

Prompt Engineering

Job tasks and responsibilities
As the UI/UX Des:gner you Will act as the creative and user translator for the rest of the team, You Will be collaborating and working closely With the Product Manager and the development teams and the clients to ensure the front end IS always easy to use and ahead of the game.
As the UX lead you Will be required to present to both internal and external stakeholders. to ensure all concepts, designs and changes are presented clearly. Research must be completed throughly and utilise customer knowledge and Insights as well as market trends.
Skills and experience

- Must have proven design capabilities
- Must be an engaging and capable demonstrator and presenter
- Team player and possess the ability to multi task
