Primary Responsibilities

- Understand low level requirements via PRD's (Product Requirement Document) and FSDs (Functional Specification Document)
- Write and maintain high-quality code
- Stay up to date with the latest technologies and best practices
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with 0 to 1 year of experience in developing software projects primarily using Java/Python as a programing language
- Experience in working on AI technologies like: Co-Pilot, GenAI/Prompt Engineering
- Expertise in object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and practices
- SQL knowledge preferably with Oracle as Database
- Proven excellent problem solving and debugging skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with global teams
- Knowledge of US healthcare domain
- Working knowledge on frameworks like Spring (Model-View-Controller/Inverse of Control/ Aspect
- Oriented Programming) and ORM as Hibernate
