Job Responsibilities:

• Design and implement AI solutions leveraging LLMs to meet enterprise requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies into existing systems.
• Optimize AI workflows for cost and performance efficiencies.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise and regulatory standards in AI applications.
• Evaluate and monitor LLM performance and implement necessary guardrails.
• Perform stakeholder communication and manage client interactions effectively.
• Lead the development of agent-based AI workflows and multi-agent systems.
• Contribute to the architectural vision for AI projects and initiatives.
  

Job Requirement:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MTech, MCA, BTech, BE, ME).
• 9-12 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Python and experience working with LLMs.
• Experience with agent-based AI workflows and tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or Agno.
• Solid understanding of prompt design, structured outputs, tool/function calling, RAG, and vector search concepts.
• Experience in integrating AI solutions with APIs, databases, and backend services.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Exposure to multi-agent systems and experience with LLM evaluation, monitoring, or guardrails.
• Strong understanding of LLM cost management and optimization.
• Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments.
• Proven client-facing or stakeholder interaction experience.
