About this opportunity:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated AI/ML & GenAI Engineer to join our team and drive innovation through cutting-edge artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI models—including large language models (LLMs)—to solve real-world business challenges. You'll work across the full machine learning lifecycle, from data preparation to production deployment, leveraging modern MLOps practices and cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful projects in a collaborative, fast-paced, and technology-driven environment.

What you will do:

• Develop, Train, Test, and Deploy Machine Learning and GenAI-LLM models.
• Collect, Clean, and preprocess large-scale datasets for AI/ML training and evaluation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into AI solutions.
• Design and implement scalable AI services and pipelines using Python and Cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS).
• Continuously improve model performance through tuning, optimization, and retraining. Knowledge of MLOps practices to use IaC to deploy models into production and industrialising the business solution.
  
  

The skills you bring:

• Strong expertise in AWS services: Glue, SageMaker, Lambda, CloudWatch, S3, IAM, etc.
• Solid programming skills in Python and experience with PySpark for large-scale data processing.
• Experience with DevOps/MLOps tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions.
  
  

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  
  

Experience

• Experience: 2-5 years of hands-on experience
