Role Overview

Insnap Technologies is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Manual Test Engineer to join our Quality Assurance team. You will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our products by analyzing requirements, designing test cases, executing tests, and tracking defects. This position requires strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and hands-on experience with defect tracking tools.

Key Responsibilities

Manual Testing: Execute manual test cycles to validate product functionality.

Requirement Analysis: Review business and technical specifications to identify test needs.

Test Case Management: Create, review, and maintain test cases and scenarios.

Functional & Regression Testing: Conduct functional, regression, integration, and system testing.

Bug Tracking: Identify, log, and track defects using tools like Jira.

Validation & Re-testing: Validate bug fixes and perform re-testing to ensure resolution.

Exploratory Testing: Perform exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and hidden issues.

Required Skills & Experience

• Functional & Non-functional Testing experience.
• Test Case Design Techniques proficiency.
• Defect Tracking Tools such as Jira, Bugzilla, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Pay: ₹324,855.92 - ₹500,000.00 per year
