Business Analyst

Job Title: Business Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in requirement gathering, business analytics, and workflow documentation for automation and digital transformation initiatives. You will work cross-functionally to capture business needs, define scalable solutions, and support the development of impactful automation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit automation requirements through discovery sessions and workshops
• Document business requirements, workflows, use cases, and test strategies
• Provide business justification for proposed solutions including scope, benefits, and cost assessments
• Use data modeling, use-case creation, and process diagramming to analyze requirements
• Define key application features, business logic, and rules for automation systems
• Act as liaison between business and technical teams
• Collaborate with development teams to assess technical options
• Partner with business users to co-create and validate solutions
• Evaluate business value and performance impact of automation solutions
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst focusing on automation and process analysis
• Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques and tools
• Strong knowledge of business process mapping and automation lifecycles
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills
• Experience working in cross-functional teams
• Skill in using modeling tools (BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart)
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Exposure to RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism) or other automation technologies
• Professional certification such as CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent
