Job Title: Automation Test Engineer

Job Summary

AlgoShack is seeking for a highly motivated Automation Test Engineer with a strong engineering background and experience in tools and frameworks such as C#, Python, .NET, and TestComplete. Candidates with exposure to the Medical Domain are preferred. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to adapt quickly to changes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using C#, Python, .NET, and TestComplete.
• Analyze requirements and determine the best testing approach based on product and project needs.
• Execute automated and, when needed, manual test cases to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Handle ad-hoc changes in priorities and re-align testing efforts accordingly.
• Think from the end-user’s perspective to anticipate and address quality issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, CM, and documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in testing processes and documentation.
  
  

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Engineering graduate in a relevant stream (e.g., Computer Science, Electronics, Biomedical).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in automation testing.
• Proficiency in C#, Python, .NET, and test automation tools like TestComplete.
• Prior experience or knowledge of the Medical Domain is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work across multiple teams and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Disciplined, communicative, and proactive team player.
• Affinity with testing methodologies, process improvement, configuration management (CM), and technical documentation.
