We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Automation Test Engineer with expertise in C# to join our QA team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in test automation frameworks, scripting, and tools, and a good understanding of the software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using C# and Selenium or equivalent tools.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other QA team members to ensure test coverage and quality.
- Identify test requirements from specifications and design detailed test cases.
- Perform regression, functional, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Execute and analyze automated test results and report defects in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain test frameworks and CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
- Participate in code reviews and test case reviews.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and standards.
- 2-5 years of experience in Automation Testing using C#.
- Strong experience in Selenium WebDriver with C#.
- Good knowledge of NUnit, MSTest, or similar unit test frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with version control tools like Git.
- Familiarity with REST API testing using tools like Postman or RestSharp.
- Experience with BDD tools like SpecFlow is a plus.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, preferably using Azure DevOps or Jenkins.
- Strong debugging and analytical skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
