* Scripting Languages: Java, Python, VBScript, JavaScript. Any 1-2 needed . No of Years

* API & Web Services: Postman, RestAssured, SoapUI.

* CI/CD & DevOps: Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps, Docker.

* Performance Testing: JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad.

* Defect Management: JIRA, HP ALM, Bugzilla.

* Banking Platforms: Finacle, Core Banking, Internet Banking, Payment Gateways. ANY ONE will do.

Domain Expertise:

* Strong understanding of banking workflows, transaction processing, digital banking, and payments.

* Experience with SWIFT, NEFT, RTGS, UPI, and cross-border payments.

* Knowledge of banking regulatory compliance (RBI, SEBI, PCI DSS, ISO 27001).

Soft Skills:

* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management. How many years as Lead exp? Team size ?

* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

* Ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and tight deadlines.

* Experience in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

* ISTQB Certified Tester – Advanced Level or equivalent certification.

* Certified Agile Tester (CAT) or SAFe Certification is a plus.

* Experience with AI/ML-based automation frameworks is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹711,615.44 - ₹4,097,031.78 per year
