Automation Test Lead

Overview

• 8+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years of experience in leading a QA team.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including functional and non-functional testing.
• Experience with automation testing tools, such as Selenium-Java, Playwright.
• Strong programming skills in Java.
• Experience with API testing and automation.
• Understanding of pipeline creation and configuration.
• Experience with load testing, performance testing, and compatibility testing tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to plan and prioritize testing activities for self and team.
• Understand application requirements and create comprehensive test scenarios and test data to validate software applications.
• Good knowledge on test data management
• Lead a team of 5-10 QA engineers and provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship.
• Plan and prioritize testing activities for self and team.
