Position: Senior Software Engineer/Software Engineer

Job Description :

• Develop and maintain UI automation frameworks using TypeScript + Playwright.
• Design and execute API automation tests using REST Assured (Java).
• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to understand requirements and ensure full test coverage.
• Implement and manage continuous integration pipelines for automated testing.
• Analyze test results, debug issues, and ensure timely resolution in coordination with development teams.
• Participate in code reviews, provide technical guidance, and share best practices within the team.
• Contribute to test strategy, test planning, and test execution in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ensure all automation solutions are scalable, reusable, and maintainable.

Required Skills:

• 6–9 years of hands-on experience in test automation.
• Strong experience with Playwright and TypeScript for UI test automation.
• Solid hands-on experience with REST Assured for API testing (Java).
• Strong understanding of HTTP, REST, JSON, and API validation techniques.
• Good experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git).
• Excellent debugging and analytical skills.
