AWS Cloud Architect

Overview

We are looking for an experienced AWS Cloud Architect with a true builder mindset — someone who can design, provision, and manage AWS environments from scratch. The role involves creating and optimizing multi-account architectures, implementing best practices for security, networking, and database management, and leading automation through Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

Key ResponsibilitiesAWS Environment Design & Provisioning

• Architect and deploy multi-account AWS environments using AWS Control Tower and Organizations.
• Set up and configure networking components including VPCs, Transit Gateways, Private Endpoints, Subnets, Routing, and Firewalls.
• Provision and manage AWS database services (RDS, Aurora, DynamoDB) with a focus on performance, availability, and security.
• Oversee IAM governance, policies, and access control for secure and compliant environments.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

• Design and automate infrastructure deployment using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
• Automate provisioning, networking, and configuration processes across environments.

Security & Compliance

• Implement AWS security best practices, including IAM hardening, encryption, and compliance enforcement.
• Utilize tools such as AWS Config, GuardDuty, Security Hub, and Vault for security monitoring and automation.

Automation & CI/CD Integration

• Develop automation scripts using Python, Bash, or PowerShell for infrastructure management tasks.
• Integrate AWS environments with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD).

Monitoring & Optimization

• Implement monitoring and logging solutions (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana) to track performance and reliability.
• Continuously optimize AWS infrastructure for cost efficiency, scalability, and performance.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years in Cloud Engineering with 7+ years of AWS provisioning experience.
• Proven expertise in:
• AWS multi-account setup (Control Tower, Organizations)
• VPC design, routing, and network architecture
• IAM management and security hardening
• Database provisioning (RDS, Aurora, DynamoDB)
• Strong command of Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Hands-on scripting experience in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, or Grafana.

• HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate

Pay: ₹3,500,000.00 - ₹3,800,000.00 per year
