Advantal Technologies is looking for a skilled AWS & DevOps Engineer to help build and manage the cloud infrastructure. This role involves designing scalable infrastructure, automating deployments, enforcing security, and supporting a hybrid (AWS + open-source) deployment strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

AWS Cloud Infrastructure:

· Design, provision, and manage secure and scalable cloud architecture on AWS.

· Configure and manage core services: VPC, EC2, S3, RDS (PostgreSQL), Lambda, CloudFront, Cognito, and IAM.

· Deploy AI models using Amazon SageMaker for inference at scale.

· Manage API integrations via Amazon API Gateway and AWS WAF.

DevOps & Automation:

· Implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.

· Containerize backend applications using Docker and orchestrate with AWS ECS/Fargate or Kubernetes (for on-prem/hybrid).

· Use Terraform or AWS CloudFormation for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

· Monitor applications using CloudWatch, Security Hub, and CloudTrail.

Security & Compliance:

· Implement IAM policies and KMS key management, and enforce Zero Trust architecture.

· Configure S3 object lock, audit logs, and data classification controls.

· Support GDPR/HIPAA-ready compliance setup via AWS Config, GuardDuty, and Security Hub.

Required Skills & Experience:

Must-Have

· 3–5 years of hands-on experience in AWS infrastructure and services.

· Proficiency with Terraform, CloudFormation, or other IaC tools.

· Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud networking (VPC, NAT, Route 53).

· Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles and AWS security best practices.

· Experience supporting production-grade SaaS applications.

Nice-to-Have:

· Exposure to AI/ML model deployment (especially via SageMaker or containerized APIs).

· Knowledge of multi-tenant SaaS infrastructure patterns.

· Experience with Vault, Keycloak, or open-source IAM/security stacks for non-AWS environments.

· Familiarity with Kubernetes (EKS or self-hosted).

Tools & Stack You'll Use:

· AWS (Lambda, RDS, S3, SageMaker, Cognito, CloudFront, CloudWatch, API Gateway)

· Terraform, Docker, GitHub Actions

· CI/CD: GitHub, GitLab, AWS CodePipeline

· Monitoring: CloudWatch, GuardDuty, Prometheus (non-AWS)

· Security: KMS, IAM, Vault
