Location: Pune
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Azure resources including Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, Storage Accounts, Azure AD, and Resource Groups.
- Monitor and optimize resource usage and performance.
- Implement and manage backup, disaster recovery, and high availability.
- Ensure security and compliance using Azure Security Center, Defender, and Azure Policies.
- Design scalable, resilient, and cost-effective cloud architectures aligned with business goals.
- Define and document Azure architecture standards, governance models, and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Plan and lead cloud migration strategies from on-premises or other cloud providers to Azure.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure platform in admin, architect, or engineer roles.
- Strong understanding of networking, identity, security, and governance in Azure.
- Hands-on experience with Azure IaaS, PaaS, and hybrid cloud environments.
- Proficiency with PowerShell, Azure CLI, and scripting for automation.
- Experience in monitoring and performance tuning using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics.
- Familiarity with Azure Cost Management and optimization strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft certifications such as:
- AZ-104: Microsoft Azure Administrator
- AZ-305: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- AZ-400: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert
- Knowledge of compliance standards (ISO, HIPAA, etc.)
- Experience with hybrid infrastructure (on-prem + Azure)
- Familiarity with other cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) is a plus.
