Role Overview
- Need 6 backend engineers with expertise in Java, ElasticCache AWS, NoSQL, Kubernetes, Jenkins.
- Experience with Spring/Spring Boot and API development.
- Must work onsite 3 days/week.
- Responsible for task ownership, daily standups, identifying risks/blockers.
- Preferred knowledge in referral or affiliate systems (not mandatory).
- Able to create system design diagrams and collaborate with Product Managers.
- Capable of deploying via Jenkins and supporting on-call (once every 2 months).
