Job Description: Azure DevOps Engineer

We are looking for an Azure DevOps Engineer with 2+ years of experience in managing and optimizing Azure DevOps functionalities. The ideal candidate should have expertise in classic pipelines, yaml pipelines, artifacts, task groups, service connections, agent pools, release gates, and variable groups for Java, .NET, and Python CI/CD pipelines deployed on Kubernetes and App services.


Key Responsibilities:

• CI/CD Pipeline Management: Develop and manage classic pipelines for build and release automation.
• Build & Release Pipelines: Configure tasks, artifacts, variables, and task groups for seamless deployments.
• Service Connections & Agent Pools, deployment group: Manage agent pools and integrate Azure DevOps with external services securely.
• Variable & Variable Groups: Utilize variable groups for environment-based configurations.
• Multi-Stage Deployment & Release Gates: Implement release strategies using pre-deployment approvals, gates, and rollback policies.
• Artifact Management: Configure Azure Artifacts for package management and dependency handling.
• Azure DevOps Repositories: Manage Azure Repos, branching strategies, and PR workflows.
• Work Item & Board Management: Collaborate using Azure Boards, linking work items with CI/CD pipelines.
• Security & Access Control: Implement RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) for pipeline security and permissions.
• Monitoring & Logging: Set up pipeline logs, alerts, and dashboards for visibility and troubleshooting.

Requirements :

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.
• Expertise in CI/CD concepts, build automation, and deployment strategies.
• Experience with Java, .NET, and Python CI/CD pipelines for Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of branching strategies, Git workflows, and repository management.
• Hands-on experience in Azure service integrations, security policies, and release automation.
• Good troubleshooting skills for build failures, deployment issues, and release pipeline errors.
