We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Backend Developer with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our growing tech team. You will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and optimizing the core backend systems of our AI-driven platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building scalable APIs, handling microservices architecture, and integrating third-party services in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Design, develop, and maintain server-side logic, databases, and APIs for our hiring, networking, and training platforms.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and AI/ML teams to integrate and deploy new features.
• Ensure code quality, security, scalability, and performance across all backend systems.
• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code with proper documentation and test cases.
• Optimize system performance and troubleshoot issues across various environments.
• Implement RESTful APIs and micro services-based architecture.
• Integrate third-party platforms and APIs (e.g., video, analytics, communication tools).
• Work in an Agile/Scrum development cycle, participating in sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives.
• Contribute to backend architecture and technology stack evolution.

• 2 to 5 years of professional backend development experience.
• Strong command of backend programming languages such as Go and Python.
• Hands-on experience with frameworks like Gin, Django, or Spring Boot.
• Expertise in RESTful API development, database design, and ORMs (e.g., Sequelize, SQLAlchemy).
• Experience with both SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth2, JWT).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure and AWS.
• Good understanding of software security best practices and data privacy compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.

• Experience in working on AI/ML integrated platforms or HRTech/EdTech platforms.
• Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced product environment.
• Knowledge of message brokers like RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Redis Pub/Sub.
• Exposure to GraphQL and WebSockets is a plus.
• Understanding of DevOps practices and monitoring tools (Prometheus, ELK, etc.).
