Overview
Task Harmony builds AI-driven automations in logistics.
Freight forwarding and warehouse operations still rely heavily on emails, spreadsheets, and manual processes. We build AI systems that automate these workflows. Our solution is already live with enterprise customers.
Task Harmony is founded by Divyam Goel (IIT Bombay, ex-Google, Uber) and Vaibhav Sawlani (BITS Pilani, ex-GoKwik). We are an early-stage team and are expanding our backend engineering capacity.
Role Details- Role: Backend Developer (Founding)
- Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of full-time backend work experience
- Location: Bengaluru (Work from Office)
- Compensation: ₹8–12 LPA + ESOPs
- Team Size: 4 people (early stage)
- Joining: Immediate / short notice preferred

What You’ll Work On- Backend APIs supporting AI-powered logistics workflows
- Email ingestion and processing systems (Gmail / Outlook / IMAP)
- Event-driven backend pipelines for warehouse CCTV workflows
- Multi-tenant backend services used by enterprise customers
- Async Python services with PostgreSQL
- Cloud deployment and CI/CD on Azure
You will own features end-to-end — from database design to production deployment — and work directly with the founders.
Tech Stack- Backend: Python 3.11+, FastAPI, async PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy
- AI Integration: OpenAI, Claude, Langfuse
- Media Processing: YOLOv8, OpenCV, FFmpeg
- Cloud: Azure (Container Apps, Functions, Service Bus, Blob Storage)
- DevOps: Docker, GitHub Actions
- 2+ years of backend experience on production systems
- Comfortable owning APIs, databases, and deployments
- Able to debug and operate backend systems independently
- Interested in AI-enabled products
- Loves working in an early-stage startup environment
- Thrives in environments where ownership matters
