Back End Developer ( On Contract)

Backend Engineer (1 to 2 years of experience)

6 Months Contract ( extendable further on performance basis)

About the Role:

In this role, you’ll spend your time—

● You will work on the Setu Data products, planning, developing, constructing, maintaining applications.

● Learn and work with the team to deliver well-designed applications.

● Contribute actively to technical discussions and team engagements.

● Strong communication abilities and collaborate closely with the technical team is a must.

What We're Looking

• Strong problem solving skills to work with the product and engineering team.
• Good communication skills with a keen analytical mind, You should be able to quickly build an understanding of the core systems and be able to engage in technical discussions.
• Familiarity with our tech stack helps,
• Backend: Python3, Flask / FastAPI, Pandas, PySpark, OpenAPI
• Event streaming and messaging systems
• Infrastructure: AWS, Terraform, Redshift
• Bonus: Data engineering pipelines, ML Model deployments.
• A burning desire to learn and develop deep fi ntech expertise.
