We power large-scale lab environments, technical training programs, hackathons, and certification pathways — all delivered through scalable, browser-based platforms.

We are looking for a highly technical Software Engineer with a strong inclination toward backend systems to join our engineering team.

While you will work across the stack, your primary focus will be designing robust APIs, managing complex data workflows, and architecting scalable infrastructure on AWS and Google Cloud. The ideal candidate thrives on solving "under-the-hood" challenges like concurrency, database optimization, and event-driven communication.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in software development, with a clear focus on backend technologies.
• Primary Backend Stack: Expert proficiency in Node.js and at least one other language such as Python, Go, or Ruby.
• Modern Frontend: Strong working knowledge of React.js and Next.js.
• Architecture Patterns: Solid understanding of Microservices, Serverless, and Event-driven architecture.
• Databases: Deep experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL and NoSQL solutions like Firestore.
• Containers: Proficiency with Docker and CloudRun.
• Tools: Mastery of Git, CI/CD (GitHub Actions) and Agile methodologies.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and build scalable backend services using Node.js.
• Architect microservices and event-driven workflows.
• Deploy and optimize systems across AWS and Google Cloud.
• Design relational and NoSQL data models.
• Manage containerized environments.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Operations teams.
