Overview
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of scalable web applications using Laravel and PHP.
- Develop and optimize database solutions using MongoDB and MySQL.
- Implement caching mechanisms using Redis to improve application performance.
- Integrate and manage message queues using RabbitMQ for asynchronous processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, DevOps, and product managers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Ensure the security, performance, and scalability of applications.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, provide mentorship, and establish best coding practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring system stability and reliability.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in backend development and recommend improvements.
- 5+ years of experience in backend development using PHP and Laravel.
- Strong proficiency in MongoDB and MySQL, including database design and optimization.
- Experience with Redis for caching and session storage.
- Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ for message queue processing.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor junior developers
