We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer with a strong background in data integration, warehousing, and reporting to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with SQL Server tools, ETL processes, and data visualization. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data solutions to support our business analytics and reporting needs.

Key Responsibilities

•  ETL Development & Management:
•  Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using SSIS to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
•  Ensure data integrity and performance of ETL pipelines.
•  Database Management:
•  Develop and manage databases using SQL, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.
•  Utilize SSMS for database administration and query optimization.
•  Data Warehousing:
•  Architect and manage data warehousing solutions to support reporting and analytics.
•  Integrate on-premises data sources into a centralized data warehouse.
•  Reporting & Visualization:
•  Develop, deploy, and maintain reports using SSRS.
•  Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, ensuring data insights are accessible and actionable.
•  Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:
•  Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective data solutions.
•  Identify and implement opportunities to enhance data management practices and improve system performance.
•  Documentation & Best Practices:
•  Maintain comprehensive documentation of data processes, architectures, and system configurations.
•  Adhere to best practices and industry standards in data engineering and governance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

•  Technical Proficiency:
•  Expertise in SQL and experience with relational databases.
•  Proficient with Microsoft SQL Server tools: SSIS, SSMS, and SSRS.
•  Experience with Power BI for data visualization and dashboard development.
•  Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and on-premises data center environments.
•  Hands-on experience in ETL design and development.
•  Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:
•  Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
•  Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
•  Soft Skills:
•  Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
•  Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
•  Educational Background:
•  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: ₹560,559.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
