Overview
We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with experience in the Commercial Insurance domain (Motor, Health, Marine, Fire, P&C, Travel, Liability - Domestic Segment). The candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, supporting strategic roadmap development, and collaborating with technical and business teams to deliver high-quality insurance technology solutions.

- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for Commercial Insurance products
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, use cases, and process flows
- Work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC
- Support implementation of third-party integrations and enterprise-level solutions
- Develop key documentation including BRDs, NFRs, RACI matrices, and approach documents
- Participate in strategic planning and product roadmap discussions
- Ensure timely delivery by working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments
- Assist the pre-sales team in business proposals and solution planning
- Utilize Microsoft Visio, Excel, and other tools for documentation and analysis
- Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions to optimize processes
- Minimum 5 years of experience in BFSI domain as a Business Analyst
- In-depth knowledge of Commercial Insurance (Domestic market only)
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with architecture principles and technologies like Cloud, Mainframe, etc.
- Proficiency in tools such as MS Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Working knowledge of SQL is preferred
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience with enterprise-scale software solutions and implementations
- Certifications like CBAP, PMP, or ITIL
- Exposure to AI, ML, and Automation in the insurance domain
- Experience in supporting digital transformation initiatives
- Education - Btech + MBA
